To receive all inventory items in accordance with departmental procedure, and to verify that they are matched by supporting documentation.
To ensure that all goods received are undamaged, and are in accordance with the standards specified in the Purchase Order.
To ensure delivery of goods received to the correct storeroom or department in accordance with departmental procedure.
To assist month end inventory counts as requested by immediate superior.
To update the hotel's computer with all inventory receipts.
To ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually

Background in Finance/ Accounting or similar role
At least 1 year experience in similar role in preferable
At least 1 year experience in similar role in preferable
