Summary of Position, Responsibility and Authority:

We are looking for a professional General director's secretary who can assist and responsible for administrative and general assignments from General Directors .

This person needs to use many tools to plan and conduct board work, such as using board meeting software, extremely good in using report software's ( PowerPoint, Canva...)

PA Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the General Director (GD).

• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for GD.

• Arranges travel and accommodations for GD.

• Schedules and attends meetings to take notes and recording minutes if required.

• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of GD, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to GD.

• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies...

• Performs additional duties as assigned by GD.

Admin Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Record HR database, HR documents.

• Support projects admin works.

Requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

• Has knowledge & experience in hospitality & finance is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• Has experience in hospitality is an advantage.
