Plan and execute marketing activities including events, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking programs to generate and qualify business leads.
Coordinate with potential customers and Sales teams by managing leads through CRM systems and ensuring smooth and timely handover to Sales.
Produce and manage marketing content, including on-site project shooting and short-form video content, and provide market intelligence and marketing materials to support sales activities.

The candidate must hold a university degree and have at least three years of experience in Marketing or Business Development roles.
Prior experience in the construction, building materials, industrial, or B2B sectors is strongly preferred.
The candidate should have good knowledge of the construction market and strong business development awareness.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required; additional languages such as Chinese are an advantage.
The candidate should be proficient in mobile videography and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
The role requires strong planning, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a creative and proactive mindset.
The candidate must be willing to travel to project sites and attend events, including evening activities when required.
