- Information Management: Update and manage guest lists, send invitations, and track responses.
- Document Preparation: Draft and print materials for events, including programs, training documents, and name tags.
- On-Site Support During Events: Participate in venue setup, prepare equipment, and assist with any tasks that arise during the event.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants after events to improve future organization.
- Support other task follow supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in employment networks or interest in this job.
- Familiarity with office management and HR-Admin procedures.
- Ability to analyze, identify, and solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Good at MS Office applications.
